Our HR department's mission is to make people’s lives easier. The three HR teams do so by accompanying employees along every stage of their Sendinblue experience, from recruitment all the way to offboarding.

I joined Sendinblue back in 2015. At that time there were only 15 people in Paris and 40 people on a global level. I started as an office manager (focusing on admin, hr, legal, accounting). During my interview with Armand, I told him that I was very interested in People topics and would like to evolve in this field when the company becomes big enough. It actually happened 2 years after, after the first fundraising. I had the chance to grow with the company and change my role about every 18-24 months. I'm now the Head of HR of the French office that represents 200 people and working closely with the HR team of 4 people focusing on coaching managers, talent management and retention.
