The Customer department’s goal is to ensure user satisfaction and provide support for all their digital marketing needs. The various Customer teams help clients learn how to use Sendinblue and work with them to solve any issues they experience. Their work is essential to Sendinblue’s mission of providing seamless user experiences.

Some of my favorite things about working in the Sendinblue Customer Experience Team are the diversity of our group and the learning culture that we have. It’s exciting to work with people from a ton of backgrounds and life experiences — It definitely keeps things interesting! I also feel like I am constantly learning on this team. Being able to pass that knowledge onto our clients and contribute to their success is always rewarding.

Customer Experience

The Sendinblue Customer Experience team wears many hats. Its primary responsibility is to offer direct technical support to users, typically by email or on the phone. Though the team regularly works with other departments to follow up on tickets and find long-term solutions. As well, the Customer Experience team is constantly learning about the platform’s new features and how to help clients use them.

Customer Operations

Customer Operations

Our Customer Operations team monitors data and analytics for the Customer department as well as other interdepartmental projects to improve efficiency for all our direct customer interactions.

This team includes:

  • Customer Operations Specialist
Learning & Development

Learning & Development

Our Learning & Development team builds training programs for various other teams (Customer Experience and Revenue) to help them with onboarding clients. These training cover everything from technical aspects of the platform to developing a digital marketing strategy.

  • Learning & Development Manager
  • Learning Content Creator
