Job Description

As a Paid Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the Acquisition team and in charge of all the paid channels: Search (Adwords & Bing), Retargeting Display (Prospecting, RTB), Social ads (Facebook, Youtube). Your objective is to grow the volume of new clients through those channels.

What you'll work on:

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns on core paid channels (campaign creation, ads copy, bids optimization and testing)
  • Monitor and evaluate paid channels’ results and performances
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize its allocation across levers providing highest ROI and acquisition growth
  • Innovate: look for ways to improve new approaches that will contribute to the success of Sendinblue
  • Be both very operational when needed and strategic when planning for the next months
  • Tools that you will be managing daily: Adwords/Bing, Excel, Google Analytics, QlikView, Tableau

Preferred Experience

What we are looking for:

  • Top tier Business / Engineering Schools and Universities
  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in SEM agency or in Finance/consulting
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics (ROIs, CAC...)
  • ROI focus & figures lover and ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions
  • Good level in Excel and good practice of Google Analytics
  • Fast learner with strong interest in digital marketing
  • Team player willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Rigorous and autonomous, able to prioritize and respect deadlines
  • Fluent in English is a requirement
