Job Description

We are looking for a SalesOps to partner with our Sales, Marketing and Data teams! Your mission will be to help scale our high-growth Revenue organization by designing, building and implementing sales workflow, data, and metrics.

*What will be expected of you: *

  • Through measurement, KPIs, processes, and tools you will identify problems and provide the Sales team with optimal conditions to maximise their operational efficiency
  • You will drive the revenue through relevant business actions
  • You will own operational missions to proactively improve, optimise and challenge our current internal processes
  • You will put in place dashboards & reports to enable the Sales team to track activities & results
  • Pre-sales: you will support the Sales Department in the implementation of complex projects for our "Entreprise” accounts

As SaleOps you would be working cross-functionally and have a high level of responsibility from day 1!

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

  • Has at least 3 years' experience in the related fields: sales operations in a tech environment, operational experience, consulting, banking, private equity, or business insights / analytics roles
  • Has strong analytical skills and is passionate about process innovation and efficiency
  • Has the ability to translate business needs into processes, analyses, reports and data
  • Is curious, autonomous and proactive
  • Has experience with the following tools: SQL, Salesforce APEX, Python is a plus, or has the ability to learn very quickly
  • Can speak English fluently, a key asset in our international environment
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
