Job Description

Overall Goal

As Enterprise Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive Sendinblue go2market in the enterprise segment, driving awareness, delivering a strong pipeline of new business and building a large, loyal and engaged customer base.

The role involves devising, planning and coordinating scalable enterprise marketing programs across multiple segments and channels, such as paid traffic, webinars, events, marketing automation, account-based marketing (ABM), content strategy etc.

This will be a continual learning curve as Sendinblue scales out and launches new products and features to this market segment, which is really exciting.

What will be expected of you:
Serve as the marketing expert and strategist for Sendinblue Enterprise customer segment
Understand the buyer’s journey for Enterprise accounts and develop a personalized Go2Market approach
Lead the planning, development, execution and reporting of all Enterprise marketing initiatives
Enable the Sales teams with marketing assets and tools to help open doors and develop opportunities
Establish a budget and track investments ROI
Optimize methods based on past results and new research
Work with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
Manage and develop a field marketer and scale Marketing resources efficiently

CAC
Marketing sourced revenue
Marketing influenced revenue
ROI

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Has at least a 5-year experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise level B2B customers in a fast paced environment
Has an entrepreneurial mindset, is very adaptable and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
Possess an exceptional appetite for data analysis, performance/operation metrics and business processes
Can identifies internal and external opportunities for new value creation
Can create an efficient work environment that encourages maximum performance and dedication.
