Job Description

In a context of rapid growth and with 300 employees by the end of the year, we are looking for a Chief People Officer to join us!

You will be supporting our growth by structuring the HR functions globally, across our 4 locations: Paris, Berlin, Seattle, New Delhi.
As a member of the global management team, your role will to support all people related activities (talent acquisition, talent strategy, internal learning & enablement, compensation & benefits, legal HR related topics, internal communication) and to ensure that RH needs are aligned with our business objectives.

Partnering with an international team of 9 (Talent acquisition, HR managers, Office Managers), your missions will be:

  • Strategy: work with teams to establish HR strategic plan and goals that support and drive our company growth. Recommend new approaches and practices to improve our efficiency.
  • Business Partnership: Support and participate in strategic decision-making. Implement solid processes and harmonized our policies across offices and communicate them. Serve as an advisor to leadership on all Human Resources matters.
  • Talent acquisition & employer branding: anticipate staffing needs, enforce consistency with recruiting procedures across our offices, develop our employer branding globally to attract the best talents
  • Integration of new teams through M&A operations
  • Law & compliance: Adapt our policies to reflect local regulations and practices.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in all aspects of HR management including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Training & Development, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Compliance.
• Familiarity with managing international employee populations (below 30 year-old population) and direct reports in multiple locations. Fluent English is a prerequisite.
• Experience working in an international company
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with all other areas within the business.
• Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in both big companies and start-up environment is a plus
